Policies
You can schedule appointments by phone, but we suggest that you book your next appointment before leaving the salon since our stylists are often reserved two or more weeks in advance.
We understand that sometimes unexpected schedule changes happen, but depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and we may need to reschedule appointments. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time, it will be considered a "No-Show," and the stylist may take other clients.
Please be considerate of professional appointments and give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Remember, your stylist reserves their time for you, too!
