Policies
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, however, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon, as often our stylists are booked two or more weeks in advance.
We understand that schedules change unexpectedly. Depending on the circumstance, we may not always be able to accommodate late arrival, and appointments may have to be rescheduled. Tardy arrivals 15 minutes or more after scheduled time are considered "No Shows," and the stylist may take other clients.
Please be respectful of professional appointments and give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Remember, your stylist schedules his or her time for you, too!
